Group Visits

Visit our sites with a group of 15 or more

  • All larger group bookings must be made by request at least three days in advance or risk being turned away. Bookings can be made up to three months ahead of time.
  • Please note, dogs are not permitted at the Garden or Arboretum, with the exception of assistance dogs.
  • Please ensure there is one adult supervisor for every 10 students present and that the students remain supervised at all times whilst on site. If you do not have an adequate number of supervisors, staff may refuse group entry.
  • The maximum group size permitted is 55 people (up to 50 attendees and 5 supervisors) in each time slot. Groups with a size of over 55 participants must stagger their entry time.
  • Bookings for fewer than 15 can be made on the 'Book tickets' pages for the Botanic Garden or Arboretum.
